CHEESY SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Galbani Professionale® Lactose Free Pizza Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) Lactantia® cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cups (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cups (160 mL) chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2/3 cups (160 mL) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) finely chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Scrape into an oven-proof serving dish.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until dip is hot and bubbly. Serve with pita crisps and cruditées.
