MOZZARELLA AND 4 VEGGIE PIZZA

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (375 mL) Galbani Professionale® Lactose Free Pizza Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 1 pizza crust/dough, roughly 10” - 12” (25cm - 30cm)
  • ¾ cup (185 mL) tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) orange pepper, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) red onion, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) zucchini, sliced
  • ½ tsp (2.5 mL) chili flakes

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Place pizza crust or dough onto a pizza pan and spread on the tomato sauce. Top with Galbani Professionale® Lactose Free Pizza Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, and then arrange the remaining ingredients. Bake for 12-14 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with chili flakes. Slice and serve.
