- 1 ½ cups (375 mL) Galbani Professionale® Lactose Free Pizza Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- 1 flatbread, roughly 5” x 15” (13cm x 38cm)
- ½ cup (125 mL) tomato sauce
- 4 slices pancetta, cooked and cut into strips
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) basil, fresh, chiffonade
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic glaze
- Pre-heat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Spread tomato sauce on flatbread surface. Top with Galbani Professionale® Lactose Free Pizza Mozzarella Shredded Cheese and pancetta strips. Place into oven for 12- 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and desired amount of browning is achieved. Take out of oven and sprinkle with basil chiffonade. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and cut flatbread into strips.
